SHIPPING, LOCAL DELIVERY, AND DELIVERY ISSUES
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed in 2 to 4 business days.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
You will receive a confirmation email after purchase and a follow-up email when your order is ready or shipped.
SHIPPING ORIGIN AND CARRIER
Orders ship from Okinawa, Japan.
We ship using Japan Post.
WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to the following destinations:
United States, Canada, Finland, Iceland, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, Indonesia, Egypt, U.S. Overseas Military Territories (AE, AA).
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Any free shipping or waived fees apply only when displayed at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHOD AND DELIVERY TIMES
International ePacket (Japan Post)
Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 7 to 14 days.
Delivery time can vary by country, season, weather, customs delays, and carrier conditions.
Tracking is included for ePacket shipments.
Tracking exception for Military Postal Service
Tracking may be limited or unavailable for shipments delivered to AE/AA addresses.
SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION
Signature is required on delivery when available through the carrier or destination postal system.
If a signature is required and delivery cannot be completed, the package may be held, returned, or re-attempted according to the carrier’s rules.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
The customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by the destination country.
We do not refund shipping fees due to refused delivery or unpaid customs charges.
PO BOXES AND MILITARY ADDRESSES
We ship to PO Boxes where supported by Japan Post.
We ship to AE/AA military addresses where supported by Japan Post.
OKINAWA LOCAL DELIVERY
We offer local delivery in Okinawa with a scheduled drop-off option.
How local delivery works
- Local delivery is available to off-base locations using the nearest military installation as the delivery meeting location.
- After you place your order, you will receive an email to schedule your delivery.
- A location pin is required after your appointment is scheduled.
Local delivery timeline
- Orders take 2 to 4 business days to prepare.
- Once ready, we will contact you to schedule your delivery.
Delivery days
- Each military installation has an assigned delivery day.
- Saturday is available as a backup option if weekday delivery is unavailable.
Local delivery fee
- Local delivery fee is typically $3 to $6 USD, calculated at checkout.
- Orders over $100 receive free local delivery.
LOCAL PICKUP (YOMITAN)
Pickup location
- 1036 Aza Namihira, Yomitan-Son 904-0322, Okinawa
Pickup process
- Pickup requires scheduling.
- After your order is ready, we will email you to schedule your pickup date and time.
- Pickup availability and scheduling details are provided through our scheduler.
Pickup hold period
- We will hold pickup orders for up to 30 days.
- If not collected within 30 days, the order may be canceled and refunded as store credit minus shipping and processing costs, where applicable.
ADDRESS ACCURACY AND UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, we will offer one of the following:
Reshipment: customer confirms the correct address and pays the reshipping cost.
Refund/store credit: issued minus original shipping costs and any return shipping costs charged to us by the carrier.
LOST, STOLEN, OR MISSING PACKAGES
After delivery is confirmed
- Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, Sanbe Beauty is not responsible for loss or theft.
If a package is lost in transit
- If tracking shows the package is lost before delivery, we can submit a claim with the carrier where available.
- If a claim is approved or we determine the package is lost in transit, we may issue store credit minus shipping costs.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us as soon as possible at info@sanbebeauty.com.
- Include your order number and clear photos of:
• the outer packaging
• the shipping label
• the damaged product(s) Resolution - If damage occurred in transit, we may issue store credit minus shipping costs, depending on the situation and claim outcome.
