Shipping & Delivery

  • Okinawa deliveries take 2 to 4 days to prepare. Once your order is ready, we’ll email you to schedule your preferred delivery day.

    Local pickup is also available after 2 to 4 days. You’ll receive an email to choose your pickup date and time.

    International shipping can take up to 14 business days. Due to ongoing global supply chain delays, shipping may take longer than usual.

  • Yes, we offer free shipping for orders over $100.

Returns & Refunds

  • Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

  • A refund request can be submitted within 15 days after the purchase is made.

  • In the case when the packaging has not been opened and the product has not been used, you are eligible for a full store credit. Return Fees will be deducted from the customers store credit amount.

    In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are not eligible for a full store credit.

    In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is due to shipment, you are eligible for a full store credit.

    In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is your own fault, you are not eligible for a full or partial store credit.

  • When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

  • When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.
