This recipe is also similar to a Lush Body Scrub dupe.
Bath Soak
1 cup dead sea salts, fine grain
3 Tablespoons white kaolin, french green, french red or pink clay.
10 drops essential oils of your choice
Mix all the dry ingredients together, then add the essentials oils and stir very well.
Add to rushing water and soak your pains away!
Simply add warm distilled water to form a soft paste, apply to your face, avoiding the eye area. Allow to set and wash off with warm water. It's that simple and yet very effective!
If your skin is suffering from a specific problem, you can easily change the basic recipe (above) to accommodate your own unique need.
VERY OILY SKIN: add a little FRESH lemon juice to help draw out oils and tone the skin.
DRY SKIN: Add a little expeller pressed mayonnaise (or plain yogurt works well, too), or mashed up avocado - your skin will feel
TERRIFIC! Please note, that clay is best suited for "normal" to oily skin types. If you have sensitive or very dry skin, white kaolin clay would best suit you.
